My Review: I tasted this wine one night when I was craving a cheap, but good, Merlot. I have to say, I was not at all let down. There were definite chocolate tones on the palate along with cherries and a hint of vegetables. I had this wine with an Alfredo pasta and it paired wonderfully. The cheesy sauce brought out more flavors that were not present in the initial tasting.
I tasted this wine with pasta.
